Shetland Maritime celebrates 20 year anniversary

Shetland Maritime Ltd celebrates its 20th anniversary today, 17th May 2022. Shetland Maritime has been providing a wide range of marine support services over the past twenty years. We have been involved in nearly all the major marine operations in Shetland waters over this period, from the Frigg MSF 1 decommissioning; construction of Shetland Gas plant; installation of Solan SOST Tank; installation of Hurricane’s FPSO Turret Buoy; and most recently decommissioning of Ninian North Jacket at Dales Voe, Lerwick.

Further afield we have been involved in 22 subsea pipeline bundle tows, in the past eleven years, for Subsea 7, from Sinclair’s Bay near Wick to various oilfields in the UK, Norwegian and Danish sectors. Worldwide we have been involved in projects in locations such as Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Italy, Labrador and British Columbia in Canada and Papua New Guinea.
